This function takes a peaklist in long format as created by XCMSnExp_CAMERA_peaklist_long and converts each pcgroup to a Spectra object-
Usage
peaklist_to_spectra(peaklist_long)
Arguments
- peaklist_long
A long format peaklist with at least the columns: filename, feature_id, into, f_mzmed, f_rtmed, pcgroup, ionmode, project. Ionmode must identify the ionization ionmode by "pos" or "neg".
Value
A Spectra() object with the peaks
